These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stage Orion’s website, platform, tools, features, and related services. By creating an account, browsing the platform, or using any part of Stage Orion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
Stage Orion is a digital platform that may provide access to services such as rewards, community features, task-based activities, playtesting, partner opportunities, learning resources, notifications, and related features. All content, design elements, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, and features on Stage Orion are owned by us or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of content you submit, where applicable, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform, subject to applicable law and any additional policy terms.
If Stage Orion offers rewards, payouts, commissions, withdrawals, or similar features, those are subject to the rules, limits, verification steps, and anti-fraud checks we set from time to time. We may require identity verification, review suspicious activity, delay a transaction for security reasons, or reject a transaction that violates our rules.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If payment details are wrong, incomplete, or belong to someone else, we may be unable to complete the transaction.
Rewards or payouts are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing and only where all eligibility conditions are met. We may withhold, reverse, cancel, or suspend rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicates, policy violations, technical error, or legal compliance concerns.
Stage Orion may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, verification systems, analytics tools, and partner platforms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, or performance of third parties. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, or harmed the platform or other users. We may also take action if required by law or if the platform is discontinued.
If your account is terminated, certain obligations may continue, including payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, indemnity obligations, dispute resolution provisions, and any clauses that by nature should survive termination.
Stage Orion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information on the platform will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage Orion and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, opportunities, reputation, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stage Orion, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the platform or other reasonable channels. Continued use of Stage Orion after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
